Privacy policy

Who I am

This website, aminastyle.com, is the personal portfolio of Amina Mekhtieva, a freelance digital marketer based in Tbilisi, Georgia. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, you can email me at aminamekhti25@icloud.com.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, I receive the information you enter: your name, your email address, your message and whether you ticked the consent box. I use this information only to read and reply to your message.

Your message is sent to my inbox by email. The website uses the FluentSMTP plugin to send these emails through my Hostinger email account (amina@aminastyle.com). A copy of each message sent by the website is kept in the website’s email log for up to 2 years, so that no message is lost, and is then deleted automatically.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, added through Google’s Site Kit plugin and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are visited and how people arrive here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you view. This information is processed by Google. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics only sets cookies if you accept statistics cookies. For other visitors it runs from the first visit, and stops setting cookies if you click “Deny”.

Cookies

When you first visit this website, a cookie banner asks which types of cookies you accept (statistics and marketing). Marketing tools, such as the Meta Pixel described below, only load after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, and you can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Meta Pixel (advertising measurement)

If you accept marketing cookies, this website loads the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It records which pages of this site you visit and whether you successfully sent a message through the contact form, so that I can measure and improve my adverts on Facebook and Instagram. The content of your message is not sent to Meta. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one, and processes it under its own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. If you do not accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel is not loaded. You can also manage the adverts you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Advertising

This website does not display adverts.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web hosts, the server may record technical information such as IP addresses in its logs for security and to keep the site running.

Embedded links

This website links to my Instagram and LinkedIn profiles. If you follow those links, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

Your choices

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you from the contact form, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing aminamekhti25@icloud.com.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website changes. Last updated: September 2026.
